We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to provide hands-on personal care and daily support while helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

What You'll Do
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
• Provide meal, hydration, and dining support as needed.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the appropriate clinical team member.
• Provide companionship, reassurance, and respectful emotional support.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance.
What We're Looking For
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and resident-centered approach.

Preferred Experience
• Previous assisted living, memory care, home care, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
