Job Description
We are seeking a Global MDM Process Tower Senior Expert to help drive our global digital transformation journey. In this strategic role, you will lead the governance and optimization of master data processes across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay process towers while supporting the migration of Supply Chain entities to our OneCloud ERP platform. You will partner with global stakeholders, bridge business and IT requirements, and ensure high-quality master data standards that enable smarter decision-making and seamless business operations worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Designs, governs, and continuously improves global Master Data Management (MDM) processes across OTC, PTP, and RTR process towers.
- Supports OneCloud ERP migrations by leading master data conversion, alignment, and deployment activities.
- Partners with Finance, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to drive standardized and high-quality master data practices.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for data migration, Chart of Accounts conversion, and M&A integration projects.
- Defines and maintains global master data standards, governance frameworks, controls, and process documentation.
- Monitors data quality and performance KPIs, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborates with cross-functional process teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across end-to-end business processes.
- Supports the implementation, testing, and optimization of ERP, finance, reporting, and MDM solutions.
- Provides training, guidance, and user support to promote adoption of MDM standards and best practices globally.
- Leads small to mid-sized MDM-focused projects, managing plans, risks, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentors and coaches colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting the development of MDM capabilities across the organization.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English, required.
- Four to seven (4-7) years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, Business Process Management, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of previous accounting, finance, or Oracle Financials experience, required.
- Minimum two (2) yrs of experience with relational databases and SQL, required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Visual Basic, PL/SQL), required.
- Minimum one (1) year of previous Oracle Financials, Oracle DRM, Oracle FDMEE or other MDM tools experience, required.
- Proven ability to deliver ad hoc reporting and translate complex data into actionable business insights, required.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS 365 applications, including Excel Power Query, alongside strong database and data management capabilities, preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and documentation skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment, preferred.
