Field Dispatcher in Reno, Nevada at Bejac Corporation

Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.

Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.

This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

-Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations

-Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs

- Monitor mechanic time on work orders

-Control labor hours

-Prepare technician evaluations

-Discuss technician deficiencies

-Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technician

Qualifications:

-Previous supervisor experience is a plus

-Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical

-Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
