Job Summary : Uses standardized recipes and proper sanitation and infection control procedures in preparing meals and snacks to ensure each resident’s nutritional needs are met.

Job Qualifications :

Ability to read and follow recipes, directions, policies and procedures.

Ability to write.

Ability to direct Dietary Aides in the performing food preparation tasks.

Prior commercial cooking experience is preferred.

Knowledge of food safety

Ability to work independently and be team orientated.
