Golden Chicken is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our two new locations in the Little Elm, TX area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Lead, train, and develop a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

- Implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and drive sales.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to achieve sales targets.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
