Store Key Holder

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Store Key Holder to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the store team. Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and readiness for business

- Handle cash deposits accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling policies

- Lead daily shift operations, supervising team members and ensuring excellent customer service

- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in cash handling

- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including opening and closing hours

- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus

- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
