The team at Thunderbird Dental located in Langley, BC are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist for Saturdays.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hours per week
• Saturdays, 7:45am-4:15pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• New graduates considered with completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
