The Job:
As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in the successful overnight operation of the resort. This is much more than a traditional night audit position you are the overnight face of the resort, responsible for ensuring our guests continue to receive the same exceptional level of service and care throughout the night.
Working independently, you will oversee the overnight Front Office operation while completing all required financial audits, reconciliations, and reporting. You will serve as a key communication link between departments, ensuring important information, incidents, guest requests, and operational needs are properly documented and communicated for the morning team.
You will also support and oversee the overnight valet operation, assist with late-night arrivals and departures, respond to guest requests, coordinate overnight services, and confidently address unexpected situations as they arise.
This is a highly visible position where your presence, judgment, and attention to detail directly impact the guest experience. Whether welcoming a late-night arrival, arranging transportation, responding to a guest request, resolving a concern, or simply being there when a guest needs assistance, you have the opportunity to create memorable experiences that last long after their stay.
You:
To be successful in this position, we're looking for an exceptional people connector who thrives on creating experiences, solving problems, and taking ownership. You are someone who remains calm and composed when faced with unexpected situations, understands the importance of anticipating guest needs, and takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality even during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Creates genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Takes ownership of the overnight operation and guest experience
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Is confident handling guest requests, concerns, and unexpected situations
- Can effectively coordinate with and support the overnight valet operation
- Communicates important information clearly with all hotel departments
- Has strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Works well independently while knowing when to escalate an issue
- Maintains professionalism, patience, and composure under pressure
- Understands the importance of safety, security, and situational awareness overnight
- Takes pride in completing accurate audits, reconciliations, and required reporting
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
This role understands that every interaction matters. A late-night arrival, a forgotten item, or a guest concern can become an opportunity to turn an ordinary stay into an exceptional one. You are the person our guests can count on during the overnight hours and the person on our team can count on to make sure the resort is ready for tomorrow.
