Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
Lead, coach, and support the sales team.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor sales, productivity, and store performance.
Support merchandising, inventory, and shipment processing.
Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and maintained.
Assist with scheduling, training, and employee development.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and visual standards are followed.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or leadership experience preferred.
