You will play a critical role in building market authority, strengthening executive visibility, and driving long-term category leadership.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, including digital channels, campaigns, events, and executive communications.
  • Oversee and mentor high-performing brand, communications, creative, and product marketing teams.

  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen public presence through speaking engagements, interviews, keynotes, and strategic communications.
  • Ensure alignment between brand narrative, product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Provide executive oversight for product marketing functions including messaging, launches, competitive positioning, and strategic storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams to optimize the full customer journey.
  • Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, budgets, and reporting processes that connect brand investments to business outcomes and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing or brand leadership experience within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • Proven success leading marketing organizations and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise across core product marketing disciplines including positioning, go-to-market strategy, pricing, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape executive-level messaging and influence senior leadership stakeholders in dynamic business environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience driving brand awareness, market authority, and revenue growth through innovative marketing programs and thought leadership.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with a willingness to experiment and optimize continuously.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work fully remotely within the United States.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $250,000 USD, plus bonus or commission opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
