Position Title: Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager

Location: Remote - United States

Department: Business Analytics

Compensation: $50.00 - $62.50 / hour

Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager
Group O is seeking a Lead Advertising and Creative Services Manager with customer retention marketing and Agency experience to drive a diverse set of current customer creative campaigns supporting one of our clients' products. In this role, you will apply strategic creative direction, agency collaboration, and leadership skills to develop and execute innovative campaigns that increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive revenue. You will manage external agency partners through creative strategy, development, and execution of on-platform and on-air tactics while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, on budget, and aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary POC for internal stakeholders and external agency partners for specified projects, fostering strong cross-functional relationships across various stakeholders to align creative strategy with business objectives and KPIs while setting realistic expectations, ensuring clear communication and accountability
  • Manage end-to-end current customer creative campaigns, including:
    • Analyze briefs and determine creative tactic requirements to kickoff agency
      • Ensure agency adherence to briefs and expectations
    • Create, manage, and approve project schedules, ensuring necessary timing requirements
    • Review/approve creative designs and messaging
    • Articulate well-reasoned creative options during reviews
    • Lead creative presentations to senior leadership with a key understanding of campaign objectives
    • Consolidate and communicate feedback to agencies
    • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the final QC point person
    • Oversee final delivery within budget and specifications
    • Maintain project documentation:
      • Archive campaigns and track historical data
      • Monitor rights expirations and renewals
      • Document and communicate post-campaign learnings
  • Manage individual project budgets established by SOWs while proactively resolving campaign issues and identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

Job Qualifications


EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management
  • Proven experience managing external creative agencies from concept through final delivery
  • Experience presenting creative work and campaign strategies to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Background in customer retention marketing with a focus on loyalty, churn reduction, and revenue-driving campaigns
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
SKILLS
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, strategies, and file formats across multiple channels
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Proven ability to independently resolve project challenges
  • Team player with the ability to support other team members as needed
SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet for project tracking and management
  • Familiarity with Figma for creative review and design collaboration
  • Familiarity with Acquia and SharePoint for creative asset management
