We’re looking for an Industrial Painter who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and understands that details matter.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help prepare and finish hydraulic components and assemblies for production by:

• Preparing surfaces for paint using cleaning tools, sanding, grinding, masking, and other prep methods
• Applying industrial coatings using spray equipment and other painting methods
• Mixing paints and coatings according to work instructions
• Inspecting painted parts for quality and appearance
• Performing touch-ups and correcting finish issues as needed
• Maintaining paint equipment and keeping your work area clean and organized
• Following safety procedures and using required PPE
• Working closely with team members to keep production moving

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, manufacturing, powder coating, or a related field preferred
• Experience operating spray equipment is helpful
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and a positive team mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

Experience with:

• Multi-part coating systems
• Airless, conventional, or HVLP spray equipment
• Industrial coatings such as epoxy or polyurethane systems
• Quality inspection tools and coating measurements

Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing environment and includes exposure to noise, paint fumes, dust, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. Required PPE may include safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and respirators.

Physical Requirements

The employee will regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
