  • Provide strategic oversight of external vendors, ensuring performance alignment and value optimization across partnerships.
  • Support annual and long-range planning through data-driven insights on reimbursement dynamics and patient support effectiveness.
  • Identify systemic barriers to access and design proactive strategies to mitigate risks and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, RN, PA, or equivalent).
  • 9–12+ years of experience in patient access, market access, reimbursement strategy, or related healthcare leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial) and healthcare reimbursement frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of patient journeys, provider workflows, and opportunities for system-level optimization.
  • Advanced understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA standards.
  • Proven ability to design and execute enterprise-level strategies in patient services or market access environments.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and digital tools to build scalable patient access solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
Benefits:
