Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for Restaurant Servers. As a Restaurant Server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service. From breakfast to dinner, you’ll guide guests through our seasonally inspired menus, ensure seamless service, and represent the warm hospitality that defines our resort.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our curated menu offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to create exceptional experiences
• Upsell specials and featured items with confidence and knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Communicate professionally with guests, team members, and management
• Support team operations through side work and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Open availability including weekends and holidays (required)
