QUALITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST in Abilene, Kansas at Salina Regional Health Center

The Quality Support Specialist is responsible for scheduling and coordinating a variety of internal and community resources to assist patients. This includes assisting with, but not limited to, getting information of community resources, scheduling patients for follow up visits and assisting with quality metric care gaps. This position will include working with medical providers and staff, community partners, or other outside agencies.

High school preferred

6 months experience in Healthcare setting, preferred but not required

Knowledge of local community resources beneficial
