Key responsibilities

• Pick products for online customer orders and retail-store transfers.

• Confirm product titles, SKUs, barcodes and quantities before packing.

• Locate stock using warehouse bin locations and picking documents.

• Pack perfume products securely to prevent damage during transport.

• Print and attach shipping labels and dispatch documents.

• Check completed orders before they leave the warehouse.

• Receive, unpack, count and put away incoming stock.

• Assist with store replenishment and transfer preparation.

• Report missing, damaged or incorrectly located stock.

• Participate in cycle counts and full warehouse stocktakes.

• Keep shelves, packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organised.

• Separate damaged, returned, tester and quarantined products.

• Follow workplace safety and manual-handling procedures.

• Assist with unloading deliveries and containers when required.

• Perform other warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
