Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design engaging, user-centered websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong experience with wireframing, prototyping, and Figma, as well as a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles. This role will collaborate closely with project managers, account team, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing web experiences.

Core Accountabilities:

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Design responsive website layouts and user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and user engagement.
Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review and optimize existing websites for accessibility, functionality, and visual consistency.
Create visual assets, including icons, graphics, banners, and web page elements.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills/Experience:

Web Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
Expert in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects and UX/UI expertise.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
Experience working in Agile environments.
