ABOUT THE ROLE

The Compliance & Risk Manager supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Legal & Compliance. You will lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, policies, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting across Advantixx-operated businesses.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform the core duties of the position accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.

• Coordinate with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to complete assigned priorities.

• Maintain organized records, reports, workflows, and follow-up documentation.

• Protect confidential company, employee, customer, financial, and operational information.

• Identify risks, escalate concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement.

• Meet established service, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.

• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the position and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position.

• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.

• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.
