Enrollment Technician - MCAP in Bakersfield, California at Community Action Partnership of Kern

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Outreach Coordinator, the Enrollment Technician performs duties related to eligibility, screening, and enrollment for the Migrant Childcare Alternative Payment program (MCAP) for both families and childcare providers. The Enrollment Technician is also responsible for reception and clerical support services for the program. Works closely with other agencies and organizations in the community as part of the collaborative efforts to boost recruitment and enrollment. Provides training, when necessary, in a large group, small group or one-on-one setting. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with the public and staff in a tactful, courteous, and professional manner.
