Position Number: S97060

This position is a Grade: 9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $56,030-$68,190 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop individualized behavioral support plans for clients diagnosed with ASD
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions, adjusting plans as clinical data indicates
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and external service providers to ensure cohesive, client-centered care
• Lead treatment team meetings and coordinate care across all stakeholders involved in a client's program
• Provide structured supervision and direct oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Deliver training to RBTs, caregivers, and teachers in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards and program requirements
• Report on client progress and program outcomes to the LUAS Director and Clinical Director
• Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement of Lehigh's university-based autism services program

What You Bring

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Three to five years of work related experience
• One to three years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Three to five years experience working with children with autism
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and PA Behavior Specialist credential in good standing
• Proven ability to supervise and train RBTs or paraprofessionals in ABA practice
• Strong communication skills for translating clinical guidance to families and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice aligned with BACB professional standards
• Flexibility; May include evening and weekend hours, depending on service schedule and client/family availability
