Job Description

Global Feasibility Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Feasibility Manager based in the United States.

As a Global Feasibility Manager, you will shape the operational strategy that determines where and how clinical studies are conducted globally.
You will lead feasibility planning across countries and sites, combining clinical, operational, and data-driven insights to optimize study execution.
Working closely with clinical program teams, study management, analytics specialists, and country teams, you will translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
Your work will help establish study footprints, recruitment strategies, timelines, and site selections that support efficient patient enrollment.
You will also identify operational risks, bridge local and centralized data, and drive improvements across the feasibility process.
This is a highly collaborative role within a science-driven environment where data, strategic thinking, and clinical operations come together to accelerate study delivery.
The position is remote and offers the opportunity to influence clinical development programs with broad international scope.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global feasibility strategies in partnership with clinical program, study delivery, study management, data, and country teams.

  • Manage country and site identification activities, feasibility assessments, country selection, timelines, and synthesis of feasibility insights across assigned clinical studies.

  • Coordinate global feasibility activities to ensure high-quality delivery, consistent execution, and alignment with study decision milestones.

  • Establish clear timelines and expectations between data providers and study teams, supporting enrollment planning, footprint optimization, recruitment assumptions, and key study milestones.

  • Collect and assess internal and external country-level information, including treatment standards, approved and reimbursed therapies, disease incidence and prevalence, patient access, and operational barriers.

  • Integrate clinical, operational, and analytical data to develop clear feasibility recommendations and support data-driven study planning and decision-making.

  • Identify trends, assess root causes, and provide actionable recommendations that can improve study execution and accelerate cycle times.

  • Facilitate baseline commitment and change-management processes at country and study levels.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen global feasibility processes, systems, and working practices.

  • Support the development of tools and processes that enable rapid, accurate, and reliable assessments of country and site feasibility and recruitment potential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; higher-level education may qualify with fewer years of experience.

  • Typically, 10+ years of experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including substantial experience in biopharmaceutical clinical research.

  • Approximately 6+ years of clinical trial experience within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or contract research organization environment is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with clinical feasibility, country selection, site identification, or country-level clinical operations.

  • Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and operational intelligence can inform clinical study design and planning.

  • Ability to synthesize complex clinical, geographic, operational, and market information into clear recommendations.

  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, with confidence collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

  • Comfortable working in a data-driven, collaborative, and continuously evolving clinical research environment.

Benefits
  • Base salary range of $103,211.25–$139,638.75 USD annually, with actual compensation based on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits for eligible employees and dependents.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Retirement and savings plan with company contributions.

  • Life and disability insurance.

  • Flexible spending accounts.

  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program.

  • Stock-based long-term incentive opportunities, where applicable.

  • Generous paid time-off programs.

  • Flexible work models, including remote and hybrid arrangements where available.

  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

  • A collaborative, science-driven environment focused on advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes.
