Senior Content Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role is a high-impact opportunity to shape how a category-defining AI company tells its story across the insurance and technology landscape. You will own the end-to-end content strategy, building thought leadership programs that elevate executives, subject matter experts, and customer voices. The role blends editorial excellence with strategic ownership of audience growth, SEO/AEO, and demand influence. You will design and operate a scalable content engine that transforms complex AI and industry insights into clear, compelling narratives. Working closely with leadership, product, and customers, you will help define how the organization is perceived in a rapidly evolving market. This is an ideal position for a builder who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, experimentation, and measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy spanning blogs, newsletters, research, webinars, case studies, and emerging formats to drive awareness, authority, and pipeline impact
  • Partner with executives, customers, and SMEs to extract insights and craft differentiated thought leadership and market narratives
  • Build and manage executive ghostwriting and thought leadership programs, including planning, interviewing, writing, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Own SEO and AI-driven answer engine optimization (AEO) strategies to improve content discoverability and organic growth
  • Produce and edit high-quality content assets across the full funnel, ensuring consistency, clarity, and editorial excellence
  • Continuously test and evaluate new content formats, distribution channels, and growth experiments, using data to guide investment decisions
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, translating insights into strategic recommendations and optimization opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, and production while maintaining strong editorial standards and originality
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, thought leadership, or content operations roles
  • Proven ability to build and scale content systems that support business outcomes such as SEO growth, demand generation, or brand authority
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or industry topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong experience in ghostwriting and adapting tone of voice for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success creating data-driven, research-based, or analytical content that informs market positioning
  • Deep understanding of content performance metrics, SEO principles, and audience growth strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Highly curious, experimental mindset with a track record of iterating based on performance data and insights
  • Experience producing content in B2B or technical domains is strongly preferred, especially in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments
