In this role, you will serve as the critical link between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into effective CRM solutions. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to implementation, while coordinating timelines, expectations, and technical execution. This position requires strong CRM expertise, particularly with GoHighLevel, and the ability to structure complex workflows into clear, actionable technical specifications. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational processes and ensure seamless alignment with system capabilities. The environment is fast-paced and client-facing, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Engage with clients to understand their workflows, operational processes, and CRM requirements in detail.
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for internal CRM development and implementation teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client specifications and business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support the optimization of CRM workflows, automations, and system configurations.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and successful adoption of implemented CRM solutions.
- Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and CRM systems in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation design, and business process mapping.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed client requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for development or implementation teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in remote, client-facing, or cross-functional technical environments.
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
- Familiarity with SaaS implementations or CRM consulting is a plus.
- Fully remote role with the flexibility to work from home in South Africa.
