## COMPLIANCE/PARALEGAL COORDINATOR**Santa Ana****Introduction**Join our dynamic team as a Compliance/Paralegal Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal and compliance efforts. You will ensure our organization's adherence to legal standards and internal policies while working closely with our legal team to manage documentation, conduct research, and coordinate compliance activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's integrity and success.**Job Responsibilities**- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and records.- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure consistent application of legal standards.- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.- Support the preparation of reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.- Handle communication with regulatory authorities and external auditors.- Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues or complaints.- Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance initiatives are effectively integrated.- Maintain databases for tracking compliance activities and documentation.- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.- Coordinate meetings and communications between legal and compliance teams.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or paralegal role.- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and legal terminology.- Proficiency in legal research and document management.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Familiarity with corporate governance and risk management practices.- Experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Certification as a Paralegal or Compliance Professional is a plus.- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.#GoEterna
