Job Description
Commercial Real Estate (Lending) Attorney – Boston, MA – Hybrid Remote - $150k - $225k
Founded over 50 years ago, we are on the east coast and have 150 attorneys. Our business practice includes regional and local enterprises, energy project developers, utilities, financiers, middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, and individuals, to Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and state and foreign governments. We have a Tier 1 National Zoning and Land Use ranking from Best Law Firms®.
What we Offer:
Work hybrid remote.
· Represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions. · Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, security agreements, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements. · Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, environmental, and organizational review. · Structure, close, and manage commercial real estate loan transactions, refinancings, modifications, and workouts. · Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure timely closings and compliance with lending requirements.
