This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy and evolution of integration products within a growing SaaS environment focused on operational efficiency and customer success. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of partner-facing integrations that deliver meaningful business value and enhance the overall customer experience. Working closely with engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders, you will influence product direction while balancing customer needs, technical requirements, and market opportunities. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on product management, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, shaping product innovation, and delivering impactful solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities- Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for integration-focused solutions.
- Drive product-market fit analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term product vision.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, DevOps, QA, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and deliver high-quality product enhancements.
- Lead large-scale transformational initiatives while supporting ongoing software development efforts and release cycles.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and translating insights into valuable product solutions.
- Guide the design and development of external and partner-facing integrations that support business growth and customer success.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, training materials, and product resources to support operational excellence.
- Present product strategies, roadmap progress, and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and support junior Product Managers and Business Analysts, contributing to team development and product management best practices.
- Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering and managing external, partner-facing integrations.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in discussions regarding API architecture, integration design, and software development concepts.
- Proven ability to transform customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product strategies and solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of user-centered product design principles and customer experience optimization.
- Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience troubleshooting software-related issues and supporting product improvements.
- Accounting software or financial systems experience is considered an advantage.
- Previous SaaS product management experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $125,300 to $154,100 annually.
