• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives across SSA markets, driving innovation through pilot projects, proof-of-concepts, and scalable solutions.
• Design, test, and iterate new technology-enabled processes using agile methodologies and experimental delivery approaches.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning solutions, to identify opportunities for business impact and operational improvement.
• Build and manage relationships with startups, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to support innovation pipelines.
• Translate validated prototypes into structured product or automation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Apply data-driven analysis to assess feasibility, impact, and scalability of digital transformation initiatives.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle management of automation solutions once adopted beyond the pilot stage.

• Experience in digital transformation, automation, product innovation, or technology consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Technical literacy in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, or automation platforms.
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities using both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external innovation partners or startups.
