Guest Café Baker Position in Tucson, Arizona at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Inc

SUMMARY

This is a guest position in our Cafeteria. You will be called upon to cover our permanent baker position when someone is sick or on vacation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Mixing and baking of dessert items (cookies, brownies, bars, scones, and muffins, etc)
• Production of bread items (bagels, croissants, etc)
• Order, receive, date, rotate, and store baking items, adhering to all Health Department guidelines.
• Assist in production, baking, heating, cooking, frying, and packaging of hot and cold menu items.
• Keep food items at the correct temperature, adhering to Health Department guidelines.
