Join our team as a Warehouse Stager and become an essential part of our production operations.Position OverviewReporting to the General Manager, the Warehouse Stager is responsible for optimizing the temporary positioning and movement of products, supplies, and materials to ensure seamless production workflows. This role is integral to maintaining efficiency and compliance with the Cannabis Act and company standards.What You’ll Bring to the RoleReliability & Attendance: Your role is critical to the entire facility’s success—your presence matters.Attention to Detail: Precision is key in managing inventory and production flows.Excel & Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and other computer systems is essential.Team Player: Collaborative, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.Problem Solver: Ability to address issues quickly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and movement of products and materials between the vault, warehouse, and production areas.Production Coordination: Schedule and execute material staging to optimize production timelines and efficiency.Labeling & Documentation: Open batch records, print PDF labels, and maintain detailed records for compliance and reporting.Compliance & Security: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security protocols, ensuring full compliance with the Cannabis Act.Quality Assurance: Conduct product integrity checks in coordination with QA teams.Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to maintain open communication and resolve issues promptly.Operational Support: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.Other Duties: Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed to support team goals.Core CompetenciesAttendance & ReliabilityOrganization & Task OrientationStrong Communication SkillsProblem-Solving AbilitiesMath & Analytical SkillsIntegrity & EthicsTeamwork & CollaborationConscientiousness & Attention to DetailQualificationsHigh school diploma (or equivalent)Proficient in Excel and computer systemsMust be 19 years or olderClean criminal recordFluency in spoken and written EnglishWorking ConditionsMonday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PMPPE required (scrubs, gloves, hairnets, indoor shoes)Cannabis facility environment (odors may impact allergies or sensitivities)Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 20 poundsFrequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reachingPerform repetitive tasks with high attention to detailSafely navigate confined spaces and respond quickly to sounds or hazardsMonday to Thursday 6:30-4:00 PM
