Position Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, the Warehouse Stager is responsible for optimizing the temporary positioning and movement of products, supplies, and materials to ensure seamless production workflows. This role is integral to maintaining efficiency and compliance with the Cannabis Act and company standards.

Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and movement of products and materials between the vault, warehouse, and production areas.Production Coordination: Schedule and execute material staging to optimize production timelines and efficiency.Labeling & Documentation: Open batch records, print PDF labels, and maintain detailed records for compliance and reporting.Compliance & Security: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security protocols, ensuring full compliance with the Cannabis Act.Quality Assurance: Conduct product integrity checks in coordination with QA teams.Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to maintain open communication and resolve issues promptly.Operational Support: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.Other Duties: Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed to support team goals.Core Competencies

Monday - Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PMPPE required (scrubs, gloves, hairnets, indoor shoes)Cannabis facility environment (odors may impact allergies or sensitivities)Physical Requirements
