This is a global subject matter expert and cross-functional leadership role focused on Finance and Controlling processes within a large-scale service organization.
You will shape standardized processes that support ERP transformation, operational excellence, and scalable growth across multiple geographies.
The role has a strong focus on controlling process design, end-to-end margin visibility, and harmonization of business practices.
You will play a key role in the migration to SAP S/4HANA, connecting business requirements with system capabilities across critical SAP modules.
Working closely with business, IS/ERP, finance, and regional teams, you will drive adoption and continuous improvement.

• Own the Controlling domain processes, governance framework, and continuous improvement agenda across the global service organization, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
• Design and implement standardized business process templates covering product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing and accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Establish target operating models that enable end-to-end margin visibility across different business dimensions and geographies.
• Align business requirements across countries and business units to create consistent, scalable, and effective processes.
• Partner with IS/ERP teams, application owners, and local and regional controllers to ensure business processes are effectively supported by appropriate systems and applications.
• Lead process implementation initiatives across the organization, including training, education, and the sharing of best practices.
• Support the migration to SAP S/4HANA and ensure alignment between controlling process design and capabilities across SAP CO, FI, SD, PS, and CS.
• Collaborate with functional and regional leadership to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive adoption of standardized processes.
• Develop and execute communication and change management plans to support transformation initiatives and sustainable process adoption.
• Act as a key liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders, and transformation leadership, ensuring clear alignment throughout the transformation journey.

• 10+ years of experience in Management Accounting or Business Controlling, preferably within service or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on expertise in product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing and accounting, and profitability analysis.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and business processes across CO, FI, SD, PS, and CS; experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Proven project management and change management experience, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate business impacts, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions, business units, and geographies while building alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex process and system requirements into clear business outcomes.
• University degree at Master’s level, such as an MSc or MBA, in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
