💡 What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the voice of ProCare—supporting patients, families, and healthcare partners with professionalism and empathy.
- Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
- Make outbound calls to coordinate care, follow up, and solve issues
- Take orders and accurately enter data into our systems
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure timely service
- Troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone
- Educate customers on the right medical equipment for their needs
- Communicate across departments to keep everything running smoothly
- Support patients and providers through fast, effective problem-solving
We’re looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle:
- You can multitask without missing the details
- You stay organized—even when things get busy
- You’re independent, but also a strong team player
- You have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must)
- You type quickly and accurately
- You know how to de-escalate tough conversations with confidence and empathy
- You’re comfortable on the phone and communicate clearly
- You genuinely enjoy helping people
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
