JPO Technical Assistant in Yorktown, Virginia at Nextstep Technology Inc

• Conducting advanced operations research, mathematics, and statistics as applicable to Department of Defense (DoD) operational testing and evaluation.

• Providing advice to various levels of military and Government on technical requirements and methodologies to design and conduct joint test and studies, and the ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities.

• Providing technical advice in services of developing problem statements, test issues, measures, and servicing analytical methodologies. Experience in test design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment.

• Providing advice concerning the development of appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies to be used in operational testing and evaluation of JT&E projects.

• Providing oversight and advise concerning test teams on process modeling, issue identification, and measure determination.

• Problem decomposition, concept development, test design, data analysis methods and evaluation plans.

• Advising and assisting in the development of dendritic decomposition and determination of operational measures of effectiveness.

• Providing technical reviews of test plans and documentation, performs risk assessments, and identifies test limitations, and assists in developing

risk mitigation strategies for joint tests and evaluations."

• Bachelor's Degree in operations research, statistics, physics, engineering, systems analysis, mathematics, or related field and ten years experience (four of which must have been in test and evaluation); OR
• 
  Master's Degree in operations research, statistics, physics, engineering, systems analysis, mathematics, or related field and 7 years experience (2 of which must have been in test and evaluation).
