What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily Memory Care operations and ensure quality, person-centered care.
  • Support and train Memory Care staff, including scheduling and daily oversight.
  • Help with assessments and updates to resident care plans.
  • Partner with Life Enrichment to plan and deliver meaningful activities.
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and homelike Memory Care environment.
  • Communicate with families, providers, and staff to support resident needs.
  • Participate in audits, surveys, and community training.
  • Assist with managing supplies, dining experience, and program resources.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


What You’ll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Active PA Nursing License, preferred; however, relevant dementia or memory‑care practitioner experience may be accepted in lieu of a license.
  • Clinical leadership experience, preferred.
  • Experience working with dementia residents, required.
  • State-required certification or license; dementia certification, preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification, required (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet physical requirements.
