Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

• $21.00- $23.00/HR

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
• HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
