Lead Product Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a fast-growing go-to-market organization, focused on shaping how complex B2B SaaS solutions are positioned and sold to mid-market and enterprise customers. You will act as the strategic link between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive revenue impact. The environment is highly collaborative and data-informed, with a strong emphasis on upmarket sales motions, competitive positioning, and real-world customer insights. You will work closely with revenue teams to understand deal dynamics, identify enablement gaps, and build the tools that help sellers win larger and more sophisticated accounts. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences pipeline conversion, expansion, and retention outcomes. It is ideal for a product marketer who thrives in customer-facing collaboration and enjoys turning complexity into clear, actionable messaging that drives growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the upmarket go-to-market and enablement strategy across the full sales and customer lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Embed with AEs, SEs, and CSMs in mid-market and enterprise deals to gather insights from calls, win/loss analysis, and customer interactions to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of upmarket sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, ROI tools, battle cards, and FAQs.
  • Lead competitive positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate solutions in enterprise and mid-market sales cycles.
  • Drive post-sales enablement initiatives including QBR frameworks, adoption playbooks, and expansion-focused content to support retention and growth.
  • Translate product launches into upmarket-ready narratives, ensuring field teams can effectively position and sell new capabilities.
  • Establish structured feedback loops with revenue teams through office hours, deal reviews, and win/loss sessions to continuously improve messaging and tools.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product and Sales leadership, prioritizing initiatives based on revenue impact and market opportunity.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven experience supporting upmarket, mid-market, or enterprise sales motions with a strong understanding of complex deal cycles.
  • Strong ability to build trust with revenue teams and operate effectively in customer-facing environments such as calls, QBRs, and deal reviews.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical or product complexity into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect content usage, deal outcomes, and customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and strong ownership expectations.
  • AI tool fluency and experience leveraging automation or AI to scale marketing or enablement work.
  • Nice to have: experience in revenue tech, sales tech, or GTM tools and personas.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary, performance-based bonus, and potential equity.
  • Flexible PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave to support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401(k)) with company contributions.
  • Employee wellbeing and assistance programs, including mental health and financial wellness support.
  • Fully remote-friendly work environment with autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives in a rapidly scaling SaaS organization.
