We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care services across all departments to promote efficient workflows.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel, providing feedback and support.
- Act as a liaison between physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication.
- Manage staffing schedules and allocate resources to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Address and resolve patient and family concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development.
- Monitor and manage the facility's inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Lead emergency response efforts and crisis management within the facility.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to improve patient care services and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on nursing activities, staffing levels, and patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to enhance team morale and job satisfaction.
Requirements
Specialty: RN - House SupervisorLicensure: Active AZ or Multistate RN License
Certifications: BLS (AHA preferred or client specific), ACLS, PALS
Experience: 2 years of experience
Schedule: 36/48 rotating weekly - night shift

Specific vision abilities required by this job include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential to communicate with clients, vendors and staff. Overnight travel may be required from time to time. |
