Are you ready to take ownership of facility operations across dynamic, multi-site environments and ensure seamless service delivery at scale? In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between clients, service providers, and internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality facilities management services. You will oversee maintenance, operations, and vendor performance while ensuring service levels are consistently met and improved. This position requires strong stakeholder management, operational discipline, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across assigned facilities. Working in a remote-first setup with occasional coordination across sites, you will contribute to building scalable and reliable FM processes that support long-term client success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility management services across one or multiple client sites, ensuring smooth coordination of maintenance and operational activities.
- Oversee service delivery across technical, administrative, and vendor teams, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are consistently met.
- Manage corrective and reactive maintenance work orders from initiation through completion, coordinating with contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), identify risks or gaps in delivery, and implement corrective actions aligned with best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, reporting, and alignment on facility objectives.
- Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of services.
- Review budgets, invoices, and estimates to ensure accuracy, cost control, and alignment with financial objectives.
- Participate in operational planning, quarterly business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Support after-hours emergency response coordination and participate in escalation processes as required.
- Contribute to scalable FM processes by improving workflows, systems, and operational standards across assigned portfolios.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a related operational role within corporate, consulting, or service provider environments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure.
- Experience with CMMS platforms and facility management reporting tools.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and invoice management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure and during operational disruptions.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and a strong client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
