Position Summary/Tóm lc v v trí

Ensure stable, safe and efficient operation of factory utility systems and auxiliary equipment, including electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related facility systems. This position is also responsible for maintenance planning, technical supervision, asset/spare-parts/document control, procedure implementation and technical/safety training.

1. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair auxiliary machinery, equipment and factory utility systems, including electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related systems.
Bo trì, x lý s c và sa cha máy móc, thit b ph tr và các h thng ph tr nhà xng, bao gm h thng in nc, khí nén, iu hòa và các h thng liên quan.

2. Prepare, update and monitor periodic maintenance plans; supervise implementation and verify maintenance records, checklists and reports.
Lp, cp nht và theo dõi k hoch bo trì nh k; giám sát vic thc hin và kim tra h s, checklist, báo cáo bo trì.

3. Manage machinery, equipment, tools and assets under the responsibility of the General Affairs Department; maintain accurate asset and equipment records.
Qun lý máy móc, thit b, công c dng c và tài sn thuc phm vi qun lý ca phòng Tng v; duy trì h s tài sn và thit b chính xác.

4. Manage spare parts and maintenance materials; propose minimum stock levels, purchasing plans and replacement plans to ensure maintenance readiness.
Qun lý vt t d phòng và vt t bo trì; xut nh mc tn kho ti thiu, k hoch mua hàng và k hoch thay th m bo sn sàng bo trì.

5. Develop, update and supervise implementation of procedures, work instructions, safety rules, checklists and records for General Affairs technical tasks.
Lp, cp nht và giám sát vic thc hin quy trình, hng dn công vic, quy nh an toàn, checklist và h s trong các ni dung công vic k thut ca phòng Tng v.

6. Train technicians in the department and factory employees on how to use equipments, handle basic troubleshooting, electrical safety and safe operation of utility systems.

7. Manage, update and control factory drawings and technical documents, including layout drawings and drawings of electrical, water, compressed-air, HVAC and related systems.
Qun lý, cp nht và kim soát tài liu, bn v nhà xng và tài liu k thut, bao gm bn v mt bng, bn v h thng in, nc, khí nén, iu hòa và các h thng liên quan.

8. Coordinate with production department, EHS, contractors, suppliers and other departments for installation, improvement, emergency repair, inspection and audit activities.

9. Monitor system operating status, analyze abnormalities and propose improvement actions to reduce downtime, safety risk and operating cost.

Technical supervision of maintenance activities, contractors and technicians when assigned.
Giám sát k thut i vi hot ng bo trì, nhà thu và k thut viên khi c phân công.

Knowledge & Experience/Trình , kin thc và kinh nghim

1. Over 3 years of working experience with factory utility systems and auxiliary systems such as electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related equipment.
Trên 3 nm kinh nghim làm vic vi h thng ph tr nhà xng nh h thng in nc, khí nén, iu hòa và các thit b liên quan.

2. Good at English communication skills.
Có kh nng giao tip ting Anh tt.

3. Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare-parts control, technical documentation and industrial safety requirements.
Có kin thc tt v bo trì phòng nga, x lý s c, qun lý vt t d phòng, qun lý tài liu k thut và yêu cu an toàn công nghip.

Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dc, Bng cp & Chng nhn

1. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical majors.

2. Good drawing-reading ability and proficient use of AutoCAD.

Work Conditions/ iu kin làm vic

1. 40 to 48 hours per week, Saturdays off on a rotating basic.
