Clinical Lead - Full-Time - No Weekends, No Holidays, No Nights


Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Clinical Assistant to join our growing orthopaedic team. This position plays a key role in supporting physicians, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring an excellent patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a team setting, works efficiently under pressure, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.


Responsibilities
    Room patients and obtain medical history and chief complaintsAssist physicians during patient visits and proceduresPrepare and maintain patient charts and documentation in EMRCoordinate clinic workflow and monitor patient flow for efficiencyProvide patient education regarding procedures, post-op care, and treatment plansAssist with casting, splints, DME, and other clinical support dutiesPerform x-rays based on physician protocols (if applicable)Complete documentation for referrals, procedures, prescriptions, and testingClean, stock, and maintain exam rooms and equipmentSupport prior authorizations and patient forms including FMLA and disability paperworkEnsure compliance with HIPAA and patient safety standards


Qualifications
    High School Diploma or GED requiredActive certification and/or license preferred: CMA, LPN, RN, RT(R), Athletic Trainer Certified, Kinesiology Certified BLS/CPR Certification required1–4 years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferredOrthopaedic experience preferredKnowledge of EMR systems and medical terminologyStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
