This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling post-sales client growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will lead the Client Growth function, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value across key customers. Acting as a strategic operator and commercial leader, you will define the frameworks, rhythms, and discipline that turn client success into predictable revenue growth. You will partner closely with delivery, sales, and practice teams to ensure seamless client experiences and measurable business outcomes. This role combines executive-level relationship management with operational rigor and team leadership. - Own and evolve the client growth strategy, ensuring strong retention, expansion, and long-term portfolio health across key accounts, while establishing scalable engagement models and operating rhythms.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, delivery, and practice teams to ensure account plans are commercially sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with client success outcomes.
- Build forecasting, portfolio visibility, and performance tracking frameworks to improve decision-making, identify risks early, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Develop and lead a high-performing Client Growth organization, including coaching senior leaders and building capability in enterprise account management and client success.
- Drive commercial excellence across pricing, scope management, margin optimization, and renewal planning to improve profitability and Net Revenue Retention.
You bring extensive experience in client growth, account management, or commercial leadership within agency, consulting, or professional services environments. You have a proven track record of scaling enterprise client portfolios and translating relationships into sustainable revenue growth. You are highly skilled in commercial strategy, including forecasting, contract negotiation, pricing, and margin management. You excel in executive stakeholder engagement, confidently influencing senior client leaders and internal executive teams. You demonstrate strong leadership capability, with experience building or managing high-performing teams in complex, cross-functional environments. You combine strategic thinking with operational discipline and are comfortable driving accountability in fast-paced, delivery-driven contexts.
- 10+ years of experience in client growth, account management, or enterprise client services roles
- Experience leading client portfolios in agency, consulting, or professional services environments
- Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, pricing, scoping, and revenue expansion
- Proven ability to lead and develop senior client-facing teams
