This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling, global hiring organization where you will directly shape Go-To-Market talent across North America. You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-impact commercial roles spanning Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Enablement, with occasional exposure to technical hiring needs. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on quality, speed, and market intelligence. You will act as a trusted partner to senior GTM leaders, influencing hiring strategy and building pipelines that go beyond active candidates. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where sourcing excellence and stakeholder management directly impact business growth. You will also leverage modern recruiting tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and candidate quality. - Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
- Build and execute competitor-focused sourcing strategies to attract passive, high-caliber talent.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to inform hiring strategy and outreach priorities.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to define role requirements and hiring plans.
- Support occasional hiring across Technology roles when business needs require flexibility.
- Manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows using modern ATS tools while ensuring data accuracy.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, improving hiring outcomes through insights and recommendations.
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes and share market intelligence to elevate hiring quality.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth agency environments.
- Proven success hiring GTM profiles such as Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Leaders, and RevOps professionals.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including competitor mapping and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Strong understanding of North American GTM talent markets and compensation benchmarks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using AI tools to support sourcing, research, or recruitment efficiency is a plus.
