  • Develop multi-year category roadmaps focused on cost optimization, supply resilience, and scalability.
  • Conduct deep market intelligence analysis, including supplier landscapes, cost structures, capacity trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to align sourcing strategies with product and technology requirements.
  • Lead supplier selection, development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across a global supply base.
  • Drive complex negotiations and establish commercial agreements that balance cost efficiency with long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks including capacity constraints, single-source dependencies, and geopolitical exposure.
  • Present category strategies, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of experience owning global category strategies with end-to-end accountability.
  • Strong background in category management, supplier development, and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and engineering requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills including cost modeling, financial analysis, and market intelligence interpretation.
  • Experience working with global supplier networks in fast-paced, complex supply chain environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility, aligned with experience, location, and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP).
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA), commuter benefits, and life and disability insurance.

  • Employee assistance programs, wellness resources, and identity theft protection.
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace committed to employee growth and support.
