About the Role
As a Teller, you’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and positive experience in the banking center. You’ll assist with everyday banking needs, provide reliable service, and build trust through accuracy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions
- Maintain accurate records and balance your cash drawer
- Answer questions and help customers understand bank products and services
- Support opening and closing procedures as part of the team
- Collaborate with teammates to keep the banking center running smoothly
- Provide friendly, professional service in every interaction
A Day in the Life of a Teller
Your day begins by preparing your workstation so you’re ready to assist customers with confidence. Throughout the day, you’ll help customers with transactions, answer questions, and make everyday banking simple and stress‑free.
You’ll work closely with your team, support one another during busy times, and take pride in delivering accurate and dependable service. Each day brings something new—along with opportunities to learn and grow.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, generally scheduled for 40 hours per week:
- Monday – Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. (hours may vary)
- Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (on a rotating basis)

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
