We are seeking a dynamic Office Coordinator to oversee daily operations for multiple Care Coordination Programs within a behavioral healthcare setting, including Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Substance Use, and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) services.
This role directly supervises Office Specialists, streamlines workflows, supports program leadership, and ensures the office runs efficiently and effectively every day.

• Lead and support administrative staff in a multi-program environment
• Build and improve workflows and office systems
• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and daily operations
• Support leadership with reports, projects, and operational needs
• Oversee office and facility coordination needs

• Strong administrative or office coordination experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications:
Vocational/Educational Requirement: Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business/public administration, budget/finance administration, management/program analysis, or a closely related field.
Experience: In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of two years of related, full-time equivalent experience..
Special Certifications and Licenses: Requires a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is in compliance with City Driving Standards. Depending on department, may require an “A” level VCIN operator or instructor certification. Depending on department, must be a United States citizen or a lawful resident for the past 10 consecutive years.
Special Requirements: Employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies. Emergency operations support work and work locations may be outside of normal job duties.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Three to five of administrative, office coordination, or operations experience strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, human services, or multi-program environments preferred.
• Experience managing workflows across multiple teams or programs preferred.
