About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on IT Technician Level II to assist with day-to-day IT support across a multi-site environment.
This role is critical to ensuring our technology systems run reliably and that employees across all locations receive timely and effective support. This role will oversee help desk activity, coordinate field support, and manage escalations.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
- Establish and monitor help desk ticket intake, prioritization, and resolution
- Ensure timely response to user issues and minimize downtime
- Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs)
Field & Multi-Site Support
- Travel when required to support field operations and resolve issues
- Ensure consistent IT service delivery across geographically dispersed teams
Incident & Escalation Management
- Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Lead resolution of critical incidents
- Ensure issues are properly documented and resolved
- Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions
Process Improvement
- Implement and standardize IT processes and workflows
- Improve ticketing, documentation, and asset management practices
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce recurring issues
Qualifications
Required
- 5–8+ years of IT experience, including hands-on support
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
Preferred
- Experience in operational or field-based environments (logistics, manufacturing, services, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, Active Directory)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.)
