Job Function: Regional Manager - Weekly Properties

Advanced Management Group is looking for Experienced, Motivated, and Self-Driven Individuals with Determination to Succeed!

Lead and oversee a portfolio of weekly-stay apartment communities across the Phoenix, AZ area. This role combines strategic property management with hands-on operational oversight, specializing in the unique demands of weekly rental properties.

• Drive operational excellence across multiple weekly-stay properties while building and mentoring high-performing site teams
• Create and execute property-specific strategies to optimize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements
• Conduct regular property audits to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations

• Oversee weekly leasing operations, including resident screening, move-in/out procedures, and payment collections
• Monitor and analyze market conditions to maintain competitive pricing and occupancy rates
• Ensure properties maintain exceptional physical conditions through preventive maintenance programs
• Manage vendor relationships and approve service contracts for repairs and improvements
• Implement and optimize technology solutions across properties, including Entrata software

• Maintain Arizona Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit
• Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing laws, OSHA requirements, and local ordinances
• Oversee weekly property inspections and maintenance protocols
• Monitor and manage property security measures specific to weekly-stay communities

• Track and analyze property performance metrics
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports
• Implement revenue optimization strategies
• Manage operating expenses within budget constraints

• 5+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience
• Proven track record managing weekly-stay or short-term rental properties
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Experience with Entrata property management software
• Valid Arizona Real Estate License (or ability to obtain)

• Expert knowledge of Phoenix and surrounding areas rental market dynamics
• Strong analytical and financial management capabilities
• Excellence in team leadership and development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-turnover rental operations

• High school diploma required
• Property management certifications preferred
• Must obtain Real Estate and Property Management Licenses within 6 months of hire

• Ability to travel regularly between properties across the Phoenix area
• Capability to conduct thorough property inspections
