Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care thatmeets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.
Specialty: Physical Therapy
Work Setting:Outpatient
Schedule:8:00 4:30, Monday Friday, No Holidays
Patient Mix by Age:All ages
Patient Volume:8 Patients per day
Types of Cases:Treatment for neuromusculoskeletal conditions including post-operative orthopedic care after discharge
Specialties and Staff on Site:2 Physical Therapists, 1 Pediatric Physical Therapist, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Speech Pathologist.
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure:
SD PT License (unrestricted)
CAPTEaccredited PT degree
NPTE pass
Verified competence
Background clearance
Facility credentialing approval
Required Certifications:BLS
Experience Required:Any
Vaccines Required: COVID and Flu
