Senior Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Operations Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the operational foundation of a fast-growing healthcare technology organization.
The Senior Operations Manager will own critical customer operations functions, connecting commercial growth with successful customer outcomes.
You will lead initiatives across hardware logistics, inventory management, contract execution, and operational process design.
This position is ideal for a highly proactive operator who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys creating scalable systems from the ground up.
You will work at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and technology, helping enable broader access to innovative solutions.
The role provides significant ownership, visibility, and the chance to directly influence how a rapidly expanding business operates.
As part of a collaborative and mission-driven team, you will help transform complex operational challenges into efficient, repeatable processes.

Accountabilities:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of customer operations and build scalable processes that support business growth. You will manage operational workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

  • Own hardware ordering, inventory management, and fulfillment operations by coordinating with manufacturing partners and ensuring customers receive and activate equipment efficiently.
  • Establish and manage U.S. hardware servicing operations, including returns, repairs, warranty processes, and service coordination.
  • Lead end-to-end contract execution processes, partnering with commercial teams to manage agreements from drafting and review through final execution.
  • Build and optimize contract lifecycle management workflows, including tools, approval processes, signing procedures, and operational playbooks.
  • Manage existing contractual obligations and support compliance with customer agreements.
  • Develop internal policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to close operational gaps as the organization scales.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leveraging technology and AI tools to create efficient, scalable operations.
  • Serve as a key operational partner across teams, helping translate business growth into reliable customer outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on execution skills. You should be comfortable operating in an evolving environment, creating structure where processes are still being developed, and driving initiatives independently.

  • 4–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or related roles with exposure to logistics, customer operations, contract management, or similar functions.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly within a Series A or Series B company, with the ability to operate effectively without established processes.
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other analytically rigorous environments is highly valued.
  • Background in regulated industries such as healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostics, or hardware-enabled solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to improve existing processes and design scalable operational frameworks.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows, with experience implementing automation solutions considered a plus.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex operational documentation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous challenges.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel for team meetings and customer engagements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $130,000–$160,000, depending on experience and role alignment.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities and potential additional upside.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and commuter benefits.
  • Monthly health and wellness reimbursement.
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare and artificial intelligence initiatives.
  • Exposure to innovative projects alongside experts from healthcare networks, academia, and industry.
  • Collaboration with a talented, mission-driven team and experienced mentors.
  • The opportunity to play a key role in building scalable operations for a growing technology organization.
