Pricing & Revenue Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pricing & Revenue Manager based in Australia.

As a Pricing & Revenue Manager, you will shape the commercial strategy behind a fast-growing global consumer business with a strong social mission.
You will transform complex data into actionable pricing, promotional, and revenue strategies that drive sustainable growth across multiple markets.
Working within a collaborative Commercial Strategy and Insights environment, you will influence key decisions through analytics, financial modelling, and strategic recommendations.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with regional teams, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize value for customers and the business.
You will combine commercial thinking, technical expertise, and curiosity to solve complex challenges across pricing, retail expansion, and promotional effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

As the Pricing & Revenue Manager, you will own the development and execution of pricing and revenue strategies that support global growth objectives. You will use data-driven insights, financial modelling, and market analysis to guide commercial decisions while partnering with teams across regions and functions.

  • Lead pricing transformation initiatives by analysing market dynamics, modelling scenarios, recommending pricing changes, and supporting implementation across channels.
  • Develop long-term pricing principles and frameworks that contribute to strategic business planning and sustainable growth.
  • Analyse promotional performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and create recommendations and guidelines for future campaigns.
  • Build testing and learning programs to evaluate promotional strategies, validate commercial hypotheses, and improve revenue outcomes.
  • Support retail expansion initiatives by developing SKU, range, cost, and scenario models to recommend optimal commercial strategies.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with commercial, finance, operations, and regional teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs and business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and driving informed decision-making.
Requirements:

You are a commercially minded, analytical professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical capability. You thrive in environments where you can solve ambiguous problems, influence stakeholders, and turn insights into meaningful business actions.

  • Significant experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, business analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, including ROI analysis, incrementality, price elasticity, unit economics, cost modelling, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and convert findings into practical commercial recommendations.
  • Experience managing pricing strategies, promotions, or revenue optimization initiatives across multiple channels such as retail, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel businesses and the ability to optimize pricing structures across different markets and customer segments.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the confidence to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects while maintaining attention to detail and long-term strategic focus.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
