Job Description
This role requires an Administrator Support to join our cutting-edge team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative / minor human resource duties relating to the business management of drone sub systems for various applications. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to create advanced drone solutions that meet the needs of our clients and projects. This is a permanent position based in Florida and reports directly to Chief Engineer R & D.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities: HR
Schedule and assist with execution of new employee inductions.
Assist with rollout and training of HR Policies.
Manage and maintain the site training system and co-ordinate training files in conjunction with the Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities: Administrator
- Execute purchase order process as per internal SOPs.
- Collate and validate incoming invoices and ensure correct approvals are acquired.
- Liase with Finance department on invoice reconciliation.
- Retain adequate storage of all invoices, POs and payments processed.
- Participate in EHS related projects.
- Assist with requirements of incoming and outgoing shipments to facility.
- Assist with management of stationery supply for office areas.
- Assist with travel requirements as needed.
- Support department administration requests
- Support of production department as required with regard to general production / quality processes etc.
- Assist with rollout and training of HR Policies.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3.5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree highly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize competing demands.
- Professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette.
- Possession of a helpful and positive attitude.
- Previous experience within a production / quality related environment would be an advantage.

Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.
